Hi everyone! Please post any questions you have regarding scrubs, the ordering process, lead time etc. here and we will try to get back to you timeously! Some FAQ's: What colour will the scrubs be? Charcoal grey. When can we expect to get our scrubs? Following the ordering process, the scrubs have a lead time of 3-4 weeks. If the scrubs are incorporated into the fees, they will be procured in February/March next year after registration is complete. How much will the scrubs cost? Approximately R180, however this price may be lower if the scrubs will be incorporated into the fees due to a bulk order being placed. Do I still have to wear a labcoat on externships if I wear my scrubs? YES!!! Labcoats are still compulsory attire for externships. Do I have to wear scrubs? If the poll results indicate that the majority of students want to wear scrubs they will be incorporated into the fees for the year and will thus be procured for everyone. In this case, YES you will have to wear the scrubs (and your labcoat) for externships etc. ------- Please feel free to post any questions you may have that you feel were not addressed above.
