Scrubs Procurement - 2023

Since the approval of scrubs as appropriate wear during externships back in August, UKNAPS has been working diligently to procure scrub tops for our students at reasonable prices. Recently, the department approached us about the possibility of including the cost for scrubs as part of the fees for the year (scrubs would be considered a "clinical consumable" requirement for our externship modules, eg: PHRM102).

Thus, UKNAPS hosted a meeting on Tuesday the 25th of October to bring this proposal to the student body to determine their sentiments. We shared all pertinent information in a presentation (click here for presentation) and thereafter asked students to ask any questions they had (if you have any additional questions, please post them to our forum here).

Now, we need you to participate in a very important poll to determine whether you feel scrubs should be included as compulsory wear for students during externships or not.
